Returns and Refund Policy

1. Returns: We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you ample time to request a return after receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, undamaged, with all original tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us at info@accentsbydesign.us. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Please note: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on sale items, clearance items, or items purchased with a promotional code.

2. Damages and Issues: We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. This allows us to quickly evaluate the issue and take appropriate action to resolve it.

3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed using your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

4. Promotional Purchases: All items purchased using discount or promotional codes are considered final sales and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We cannot retroactively apply promotional discounts once an item is purchased at full price.
